Coach is hiring a Sales Associate III in Oak Brook, Illinois (part-time). Deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel selling at Coach Oak Brook.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and individual sales plans while meeting or exceeding personal and store KPIs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining high service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and adhere to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); experience using walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience; luxury or premium retail background preferred. Demonstrated track record meeting sales KPIs and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer-service coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
