Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert omni‑channel demand.
- Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap, and follow POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process stockroom inventory, replenish the sales floor and assist with visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well-organized, stocked and secure sales floor and stockroom; perform required physical tasks and follow retail policies.
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment, participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives, and adapt to feedback while remaining calm and professional.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); comfort using mobile POS and walkie‑talkie.
- Demonstrable clienteling, data acquisition and social media selling skills; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail background and demonstrable experience with clienteling and social/live‑stream selling are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
