Coach Sales Associate position at Venice Outlet in Italy. Part-time retail role offering €23,000–€30,000 annual base pay plus employee benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies, POS operations, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles including receipt of shipments, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain professional composure under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail environments
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication devices
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets and release documentation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Luxury retail background (preferred)
- Social media acumen and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and customer data acquisition expertise (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with preference for luxury retail background. Candidates must demonstrate fashion trend awareness, competitive market knowledge, and proven ability to exceed sales targets. Experience with mobile commerce, social selling platforms, or live-stream shopping environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training in fashion, visual merchandising, or retail management is valued but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Noventa di Piave, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Venice.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 23,000 to EUR 30,000 per annum.
