Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Noventa di Piave, Italy (Coach Venice Outlet) to deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture customer data and execute social‑selling and short‑form video initiatives to convert demand.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick‑ups, returns, exchanges).
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas and contribute to a trust‑based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competency with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with clienteling workflows.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lb (occasional lifts to 50 lb), climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor/stockroom safely.
Skills
Experience
At least one year in a sales role, preferably within luxury retail; experience using POS and mobile devices is required. Social‑selling, live‑stream or video demonstration experience and clienteling/data acquisition skills are highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail/fashion coursework preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Noventa di Piave, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Venice.
