Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand styling and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive clienteling.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions into repeat purchases.
- Support omni‑channel operations: process transactions, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain presentation standards.
- Receive and process shipments, manage stockroom flow, support inventory cycles and assist with stock counts.
- Maintain a high‑energy selling floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling approach to traffic and business needs.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection guidelines to safeguard company assets.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS technologies; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb; capable of climbing, bending and maneuvering in a busy sales floor and stockroom environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail, omni‑channel selling or clienteling experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Noventa di Piave, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Venice.
