Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in North Charleston, SC (Charleston Outlets) to deliver luxury retail and omni-channel customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through bespoke styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to generate repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and accurately handle cash-wrap procedures.
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-stream demos to capture customer data and drive omni‑channel sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks including inventory reception, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
- Maintain store presentation and asset-protection procedures while assisting teammates across functional areas as required.
- Contribute to brand initiatives and training, foster a collaborative team environment and demonstrate adaptability to feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic computing devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie communications.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience or comfort in live-stream shopping, video demos and social selling (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated success in meeting individual sales targets and in client acquisition/retention.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in North Charleston, South Carolina, USA, with easy access to Charleston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
