Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) in North Bend, WA - $15–$24.25/hr. Brand ambassador role delivering personalized luxury retail experiences and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up proactively to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business requirements
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising whilst maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and adequately stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to maintain store performance
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage overall team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes, and inclusion activities
  • Receive feedback graciously, adapt behaviours accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
  • Luxury retail background, social media fluency, and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition experience (preferred)

Experience
