Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and company retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking and managing product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile selling tools; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie communications.
- Strong English language proficiency to engage clients and complete sales documentation.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods as business needs dictate.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Social media savvy with familiarity or interest in live‑stream shopping, video demos and clienteling practices (preferred).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; previous luxury retail or boutique experience preferred. Demonstrated use of POS and clienteling systems, and a track record of meeting individual sales KPIs, is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
