Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalised client experiences in accordance with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through expert product knowledge, personalised styling and proactive outreach to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements to sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and conduct inventory tasks.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organised, well-stocked and compliant with asset-protection procedures.
  • Support team performance by coaching peers, assisting in functional areas as needed and fostering a collaborative, trust-based environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining professional composure.
  • Perform physical tasks required by retail operations, including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and kneeling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape; combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using mobile POS solutions.
  • Experience with clienteling, data acquisition and social selling channels; familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

No specific degree required; a combination of relevant retail/fashion education and demonstrable sales experience will be considered.
