Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with brand standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and targeted follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities across channels.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap procedures, and follow asset-protection policies.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process and replenish stock, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Execute basic visual merchandising standards and assist teammates across functional areas to ensure consistent customer experience.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and store programs; accept feedback and adapt behavior to meet business needs.
- Perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel as needed).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); comfort using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English-language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in live-stream shopping, video demos and social selling (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role (lifting, bending, prolonged standing).
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and omni-channel selling is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting individual sales KPIs and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
