Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships via personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat purchase.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Achieve individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster trust‑based teamwork and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and kneel as required on the sales floor.

Experience

Minimum one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and experience with social/live‑stream selling, clienteling and data acquisition are preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and related retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
