Coach Sales Associate position in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Part-time luxury retail role with $17.60–$22.00/hr and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and execute targeted follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customer interactions and adapting selling techniques to business priorities
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and adequately stocked; adhere to all retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as needed and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail setting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), and ability to use two-way communication devices
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
  • Social media proficiency and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
