Coach Sales Associate position at Outlet Collection at Niagara, Ontario. Part-time retail role blending luxury service, omni-channel selling, and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience operating point-of-sale systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Ability to use walkie-talkie systems and interpret price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to lift and carry merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs.), occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
