Coach in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, drive sales and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Perform daily operational duties: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, replenish stock, receive shipments and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain floor and stockroom standards—cleanliness, organization, visual merchandising—and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and training, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Maintain physical requirements of the role (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live-stream shopping or creating short-form video content preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and to meet flexible scheduling needs.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in sales, with preference for candidates who have retail experience in luxury fashion or demonstrated success in omni-channel selling and social/live-stream commerce.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
