Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences through attentive service and sustained clienteling to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and upselling of leather goods, accessories, and seasonal collections.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and returns with accuracy and adherence to store policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, floor sets and product presentation to brand guidelines, ensuring inventory is replenished and display integrity is preserved.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and maintain store housekeeping, stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and product launches; escalate and resolve client issues to the store manager when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-calibre client service.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with polished presentation.
  • Legally authorized to work in the hiring country.

Experience
