Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and tailored recommendations
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic product recommendations to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement while maintaining organization and cleanliness
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment; encourage peer performance and support teammates across functional areas
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviors accordingly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer competency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments and maintain flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), with ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, and experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling platforms (preferred)

Experience
