Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organized, clean, and fully stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of retail sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Familiarity with walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak trading periods
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience

1+ years of sales experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets, build client relationships, and manage fast-paced retail environments. Preferred experience includes exposure to luxury retail settings, social media selling, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling platforms.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.
