Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales across channels.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive and stock shipments, and assist inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and fully stocked while following POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
  • Comply with physical requirements of the role, including regularly lifting at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and performing duties that require climbing, bending and kneeling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven retail environment.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); ability to read price and release sheets.
  • Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling and video/live‑stream shopping techniques (preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills; ability to engage customers with professional composure.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required by retail operations.

Experience
