Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in New York (Hudson Yards). Deliver personalized, omnichannel luxury retail service and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social/short-form video to capture data and convert engagements into sales.
- Execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Support daily store operations: efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receipt, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven retail environment.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile device use.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year in sales, with luxury retail experience preferred; demonstrated track record of meeting individual sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
