Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and follow-up.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions into repeat purchases.
  • Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap, receive shipments and support inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized and fully stocked while complying with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

Minimum of one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of client relationship building and meeting sales targets.
