Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans aligned with KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and convert omnichannel demand.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while complying with POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support daily operational tasks including inventory receiving and processing, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and cash-wrap duties.
  • Maintain a polished, organized sales floor and stockroom; perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating footfall and business needs, maintaining composure and professional demeanour during peak periods and promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and execute personal sales plans; data-driven clienteling skills preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS devices.
  • Familiarity with social selling, short-form video or live-stream shopping is a plus.
  • Strong English language proficiency and proven customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
