Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in New York, NY. Deliver luxury retail service and drive sales for Coach's leather goods and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-touch client service that reflects luxury-brand standards and cultivates long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients effectively.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and assist with client follow-up.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, ensure merchandise is impeccably presented and participate in store floor moves and replenishment.
  • Assist with inventory control, stockroom organization and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with store team to deliver seamless service, participate in team briefings and contribute to a commercially driven store environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or luxury brand management is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
