Coach Sales Associate III in New York — deliver luxury client service and drive sales for Coach's retail team in Manhattan.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Proactively manage a client portfolio through clienteling activities, follow-ups and appointment management.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective merchandising.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain an elevated presentation of product and displays.
  • Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card operations and reconcile till balances at shift close.
  • Support inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and in-store promotions to maximise customer engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate brand heritage and craftsmanship to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of retail sales success, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
