Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience consistent with luxury retail standards and Coach brand values.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPI metrics through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio using follow-up, appointments and CRM tools to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
