Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients through active listening, product knowledge and clienteling to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, suggestive selling and follow-up.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand visual merchandising standards, including window displays, floor sets and merchandise replenishment.
- Support inventory control activities including receiving, stockroom organization and cycle counts.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, brand compliance and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to execute promotions, events and client outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Professional, polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Entry-level position; previous retail or luxury boutique sales experience preferred. Experience in clienteling, meeting sales targets and working within KPI-driven environments is advantageous.
