Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and promotion of loyalty initiatives.
- Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation to brand guidelines, including window displays, floor sets and inventory replenishment.

- Participate in store events, product launches and local marketing activity to maximize footfall and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within a premium or luxury brand environment.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality client service.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening and relationship-building skills.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transactions, stock control and merchandising.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium goods environment, with documented achievement of sales targets and hands-on clienteling experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
