Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and to work collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable, flexible with availability for retail shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in premium or luxury retail; experience with high-value transactions, client relationship management and hitting individual sales targets is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, or business is advantageous.
