Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience focused on long-term relationship building and clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and follow-up.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and apparel to advise clients and close sales.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain impeccable presentation of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage returns and perform daily cash reconciliation.
- Support inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, client appointments and CRM-driven outreach to grow the client database.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in luxury or premium retail, demonstrating strong clienteling skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
