Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience focused on long-term relationship building and clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and follow-up.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and apparel to advise clients and close sales.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain impeccable presentation of the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage returns and perform daily cash reconciliation.
  • Support inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, client appointments and CRM-driven outreach to grow the client database.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in luxury or premium retail, demonstrating strong clienteling skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work to KPI-driven objectives.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
