Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to cultivate loyalty and repeat business in a luxury retail setting.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to inform and inspire clients.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation to brand specifications.
- Process POS transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage client records and follow up on appointments, special orders and after‑sales inquiries.
- Support inventory control tasks including stock replenishment, receiving and periodic cycle counts.
- Collaborate with store leadership on local sales strategies, events and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury fashion, leather goods or premium accessories strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a client-first attitude.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass any required background or reference checks.

Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, accessories or leather goods, with demonstrable sales results and client development experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, business or retail management is preferred.
