  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss‑prevention measures.
  • Act as a brand ambassador: demonstrate product knowledge, tell the Coach story and articulate product construction and heritage.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on promotions, events and tailored client experiences; mentor less experienced colleagues when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, with consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
  • Strong numeracy and cash‑handling integrity; familiarity with POS operations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Professional presentation and strong attention to detail; commitment to brand standards.
