Role & Responsibilities

- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving activities to ensure product availability and presentation.
- Participate in product training, store meetings and brand initiatives to deepen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with opening/closing and store operational duties as required.
Qualifications
- Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills tailored to luxury retail clients.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert foot traffic into revenue.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy in handling transactions and reconciliations.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
- Ability to work standing shifts on the sales floor and to assist with light stockroom duties.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands; demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
