Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences that reflect Coach’s luxury positioning and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through proactive clienteling, upselling, and conversion of walk-in traffic.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, process returns/exchanges, and maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards, including floor replenishment, window displays, and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain client records in the CRM; execute outreach campaigns, appointment bookings, and follow-up communications.
- Support stockroom organization, inventory control, receiving and processing shipments, and assist with stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, product launches and team meetings; contribute to a collaborative, service-driven retail environment.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven aptitude for delivering luxury service.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong sales orientation and a demonstrable ability to build long-term client relationships (clienteling).
- Comfortable using retail technology (POS systems) and following CRM-driven outreach workflows.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays; legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as merchandising and stock handling.

Experience
Entry-level: typically 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and clienteling exposure preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.
