Role & Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with the store team to support events, launches and peak trading periods, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a guest-centric approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in luxury, premium or fashion retail preferred.
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills consistent with a luxury environment.
- Flexible availability to cover weekend, evening and holiday shifts.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to meet local retail employment requirements.

Minimum 1–2 years of direct retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion brands, with demonstrable sales results and client management experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail, business or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
