Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional one-to-one client service with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships and repeat business.

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems; handle cash, card and returns in accordance with policy.
- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, and cycle counts to minimise shrink.
- Act as a role model for service behaviours; mentor less experienced sales staff and contribute to a collaborative floor culture.
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention measures and ad hoc events or trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Demonstrable ability to build client relationships and deliver consultative selling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished professional demeanour.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, with preference for background in luxury or designer brands and demonstrable sales results and client development activity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail management or business preferred.
