Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in New York, NY to deliver luxury client service, exceed sales targets, and represent the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised clienteling and brand-led customer service to build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive outreach, product recommendations, and upselling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards, maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is replenished and floor-ready.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and support returns/exchanges in line with company policies.
  • Support inventory control and loss-prevention procedures, including receiving, stock counts and secure handling of merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the store team and management on events, client appointments and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1+ years in luxury, premium or fashion retail; strong performance record preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (if applying for the New York location).
  • Professional appearance and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Experience
