Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.

  • Participate in loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures to safeguard store assets.
  • Collaborate with store team and leadership to deliver a cohesive in-store experience and execute promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; 2+ years in a consumer-facing sales role preferred, luxury retail experience advantageous.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, brand-appropriate demeanour.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to perform physical duties of a retail role (standing for extended periods, lifting stock).

Experience
