Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences that reflect Coach’s luxury positioning and drive conversion and retention.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, suggestive selling and follow-up.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle cash, cards and refunds in accordance with store procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, floor presentation and stock replenishment to uphold brand image and sell-through.
  • Build and maintain a client database; proactively manage appointments, VIP outreach and aftercare communications.
  • Support inventory control and loss-prevention protocols, including cycle counts and secure handling of high-value merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the store team on promotions, events and day-to-day operations to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury or premium fashion accessories.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused manner and strong verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail, reliability and a professional presentation consistent with brand standards.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

Experience
