Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with Coach brand standards; build long-term client relationships and a loyal client base.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and consultative product knowledge.
  • Manage clienteling activities: follow-up communications, appointment scheduling, and CRM record maintenance.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store floor standards to maintain an elevated luxury environment.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; manage returns, exchanges and cash handling procedures.
  • Support inventory operations including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrink prevention.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on promotions, private client events and product launches.
  • Participate in ongoing product and selling skills training and contribute to a high-performance retail culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, premium fashion or accessories.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail in merchandising and inventory tasks.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
