Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent sales performance against individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and targeted selling.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients via clienteling activities, follow-ups and personalised service.
- Execute visual merchandising and in-store brand standards to preserve luxury presentation and product integrity.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention protocols.
- Mentor and support junior team members; contribute to a collaborative store environment and participate in in-store training when required.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-centric environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise and perform physical tasks associated with store operations.

Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or high-end fashion environment; experience mentoring peers or a lead role on the sales floor is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or business desirable but not required.
