Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear to advise clients and close sales.

  • Support inventory management: receiving deliveries, replenishing stock and participating in stock counts and returns processing.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to identify opportunities for sales growth and participate in training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable client retention.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Availability to represent the brand in-store with a professional appearance aligned to Coach standards.
