Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and curated product recommendations.
- Lead on-floor operations including opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, cash handling and accurate till reconciliation.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation, displays and stock placement reflect brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory tasks: receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss-prevention procedures to safeguard store assets.
- Act as a resource and mentor for junior sales staff, supporting training, coaching and knowledge transfer on product and selling techniques.
- Collaborate with store leadership on client events, local marketing activities and store-level initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in retail, fashion or business preferred.
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience in luxury, premium fashion or accessories; prior senior sales or supervisory duties preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong clienteling capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail sales experience in luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated success in clienteling, meeting sales targets and supporting store operations. Experience mentoring or leading peers is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary credential in retail, fashion or business preferred.
