Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and curated product recommendations.
  • Lead on-floor operations including opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, cash handling and accurate till reconciliation.
  • Maintain premium visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation, displays and stock placement reflect brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory tasks: receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss-prevention procedures to safeguard store assets.
  • Act as a resource and mentor for junior sales staff, supporting training, coaching and knowledge transfer on product and selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on client events, local marketing activities and store-level initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in retail, fashion or business preferred.
  • Minimum two years of retail sales experience in luxury, premium fashion or accessories; prior senior sales or supervisory duties preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong clienteling capability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
