Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to KPIs through consultative selling
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely
  • Implement visual merchandising standards, maintain floor sets and ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines
  • Support inventory control: receive shipments, replenish stock, perform regular counts and assist with loss-prevention procedures
  • Participate in in-store events, trunk shows and local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion
  • Uphold brand standards for customer experience, store operations and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated client-facing retail experience with a strong service orientation
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, reliability and strong organisational abilities
  • Legal right to work in the United States

Experience
