Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value and everyday clientele to drive sales and deepen long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain floor readiness and brand standards through visual merchandising, product rotation and presentation.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while following cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, replenishment and stock counts; assist with replenishment orders and markdowns as required.
- Support store events, private appointments and product launches to maximise client engagement and conversion.
- Use CRM tools to record client interactions, preferences and purchase history to inform sales outreach and personalised service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury, premium or high-volume retail sales, preferably in leather goods, accessories or apparel.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing loyal client relationships.
- Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass any required background or eligibility checks.
