Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in store events, product launches and outreach initiatives to engage local clientele and drive footfall.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, cash-handling protocols and regulatory compliance for retail operations.
  • Collaborate with the store team to share client insights, follow up on leads and ensure continuity of service across channels.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock handling.
  • Legally authorised to work in the hiring location.
  • Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred but not mandatory for entry-level placement.
