Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to affluent and aspirational clients, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge — including leather care, construction and materials — to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Manage stockroom activities: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, replenish floor stock and participate in stock-loss prevention practices.
  • Support store events, private client appointments and product launches to elevate the in-store client experience.
  • Comply with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and security protocols while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven record of retail sales success, preferably within luxury, premium accessories, or leather goods.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrable client relationship management.
  • Professional, polished appearance and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and confidence.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods typical of retail operations.
  • Right to work in the United States (if applying for a U.S. role) and ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience
