Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.

  • Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, store presentation and product presentation.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and handle cash and card procedures.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and management to execute promotions, events and client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
  • Proven ability to sell consultatively and close transactions in a retail environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for merchandising and stock management.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; ability to work a retail schedule.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
