Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in training, coaching and product launches to continuously raise performance and brand expertise.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for delivering high-calibre customer service in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Professional presentation and a client-centric demeanour consistent with luxury brand standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in the job location.

Experience
