Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Proactively achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across collections and advise clients on product features, materials, and care.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) and CRM systems to process transactions, manage client profiles, and follow up on leads.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique presentation reflects brand guidelines.
  • Manage stock replenishment, receive and process deliveries, perform inventory counts, and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing duties, staff collaboration, and ad-hoc floor management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion; typically 2+ years.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-centric demeanour.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, handle objections, and close high-value transactions.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to travel locally as required.

Experience
