Coach in New York, NY seeks a Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and uphold brand merchandising standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, white‑glove service to clients, proactively driving sales and cultivating long‑term relationships through clienteling.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to team performance metrics.
  • Maintain luxury merchandising standards: ensure floor sets, visual displays and inventory presentation align with brand directives.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Support stockroom management including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss‑prevention practices.
  • Participate in store events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, preparing product and client materials as needed.
  • Document client interactions and preferences in CRM/clienteling platforms to support repeat business and personalized communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for consultative sales; retail experience preferred, ideally within a luxury or premium brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first orientation.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Professional presentation and adherence to brand standards; ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience
